Profiles on NS60 v2

Did someone succeed in using profiles on 6600 / NS60 v2 ?

Looks like Nokia has removed the profile engine lib files from the v2 SDK. My application (which makes big use of profiles and ringtones) does not seem to be supported on this platform  Cry

Hi Eric,

Have you tried just copying the files from the 1.x SDK? It does work for some other libs..

As an interesting note I have files profileeng.dll and profileengine.dll in the \release\winscw\udeb directory - I wonder if they have two profile APIs  now Huh:

I am interested to know how do i access the pofile.I want to deaivate my current profile and make it silent when i need it.

I reverse-engineered the profileengine.lib. I got  list for the functions available in it. All they seems to be read only to profile except to change the name. Out of those:

Which one will change the settings in a current selected file.

With them can I change the Profile to silent or change the settings of current selected profile.

Sir, Its very urgent.
