According to eWeek, the Symbian Foundation is working on an "application inventory" where developers will not be charged a fee or percentage to distribute their applications via the foundation's channel.
Lee Williams said to eWeek, “Sometime this year we will launch an application inventory,where developers can distribute their tools and applications through the foundation. And we’re not going to charge developers for checking into the inventory,”
