The BlackBerryPlug-in for Microsoft Visual Studio provides system integrators and in-house corporate developers with the ability to create BlackBerry applications that seamlessly integrate with back-end systems through .NET Web Services.

Microsoft has just released a Service Pack 4 for eMbedded Visual C++ 4.0. This service pack allows existing eVC4 users to target Windows CE 5.0 based devices. In addition to supporting the new Windows CE 5.0 platform, SP4 is cumulative in nature and includes support for Windows CE 4.0, 4.1 and 4.2 based platforms as well.

The Nokia WSDL-to-C++ Wizard for S60 3rd Edition enables developers to easily access web services from Symbian OS code. The tools is used to to create C++ proxy classes and methods to be executed on the phone. These methods can be called from the S60 application to easily access webservices as simple local methods.

The S60 SDK for Symbian OS enables application development for devices based on S60 platform using C++. The SDK is based on S60 3rd Edition platform and Symbian OS 9.1. The SDK includes all key functionalities needed for application development (documentation, API reference, emulator) excluding IDE. This release is a maintenance release (MR) fixing several issues with the emulator and toolchain.

Carbide.vs 2.0.1 is an update to the Carbide.vs product which enable Symbian OS C++ development using Microsoft Visual Studio .Net 2003. The update provides support for the Nokia S60 3.0 Final SDK. Version 2.0.1 will also work with the UIQ SDK, however UIQ SDK support is not included in the basic package, you need to download a special support package from UIQ Technology.
