win32 x86 linker crash when trying to build WINSCW target

When I try to build my project for the WINSCW target the win32 x86 linker crashes. I am building from inside carbide, but I'm guessing this same issue would show when building from the command line. The error message I get is.

make[1]: *** [\Symbian\9.1\S60_3rd_MR_3\EPOC32\RELEASE\WINSCW\UDEB\test.exe] Error -1073741819
make: *** [TARGETTEST] Error 2

I am able to build the ARMV5 target for this same project. Any ideas?
