In which circumstances the eternet settings of s60 2nd ed fp 3 emulator is changed automatically

Hi,

I am using the above mentioned SDK with VS 2005 IDE.Though i ve set the ethernet setting to use static IP , it is being changed after certain interval duirng my build debug process.

I am debugging an application that need network connection.While the get request is post and I am waiting for the response to come..noting is being done..it is being blocked for a longer time . if try to press exit key(soft key) It is dispalying Sytem Error.

I am not sure what kind of Panic it is. Its coming with no Program Name , module name or code.

I cheked the ethernet connection after trying to debug the application arbitrarily.And found the setting changed.After resetting it , the connection worked I got response from server.But after some more build-ru cycle found the network connection not working and eventually the ethernet setting changed.

What may be the issue?
