i m using symbian os development kit (skd v9.2 , emulator techveiw), code warrior as IDE.
in my code warrior menu bar options it is not showing any options for rom image building.
tell me steps how to build rom image for device driver.

Are you using CodeWarrior Personal v3.1, CodeWarrior Professional v3.1, or CodeWarrior OEM v3.1?
You need the OEM version for ROM builds. I don't know where in CW you can easily check which version you have; the Help > About route doesn't really identify which one it is. You have to know which version you bought a license for.
If you can do ROM builds, in the CW IDE, in the "Project" menu you should see "Symbian Rom Build" as the last entry.

Good question, indeed. Only the CodeWarrior OEM Edition supports ROM builds:
