Video capture Application

Hi all,
I want to develop an application in symbian C++(UIQ 2.1)
that will capture a video and store it in mp4 format.

In this regard, i have the following query.

1. When we are capturing the videos, we need to capture the visual data
as well as the audio data and then store it in compressed
mp4 format. I want to know whether there are any documents and
sample project available which can help me.
