UIQ, problems with new project.

Hi Symbian masters.
I have create new project for UIQ 3.3 in vs2005, the type of application is Hello World. After I pressing F5 to compile and run epoc.
Visual studio gives message:
* Current build configuration: WINSCW UDEB
Building icon file
CompileItem: error ICO: Mifconv tool was not found for sdk UIQ33_BETA
Project : error PRJ0019: A tool returned an error code from "Building icon file"

I using vs2005 and carbide3.0.1a.

what to do?
