Is there any explanation about the errors and warnings made by CodeScanner?

I couldn't find any explanation about the CodeScanner's errors and warnings, for example "low: codereview: commented-out code", and I have no idea what is the disadvantage of error codes and how to mend these errors and warnings?
Anyone could help me out? Puzzled
