System Error

Hi,

While I am getting a "System Error " message while running an aplication.
In the application a GetRequestL(KDefaultUri) method was called before getting the msg.

To chk the emulator's network connection (whose Ip setting was being changed auromatically..I wonder why**?)I opened the service apllication inbuilt vth the emulator.And try to acess a web page.Then also it shows the same error.
