Hi,
I have a client-server application. Client is running on perl script and server is on Symbian device(having s60 3rd edition sdk).
I am able to ping the IP address allocated to symbian device via IP pass through.
When the client application trying to send some data to server application using the allocated IP address, client application returns "500 Can't connect to 172.16.142.17:8000 (connect: Unknown error)"
I have tried the application using localhost on emulator and its working fine.
Can somebody tell me why its not working on device.
Any help in this regard is highly appreciated.
