Sing Java application for Symbian OS

Good day.

I just want to understant one thing:
Do i need to do certification or verification process with Java application before install on Symbian S60 3 rd edition, if it uses only http api (its not restricted api)???

I tested it without sign process on 4 mobiles: Nokia 6120, Nokia E61, Nokia N73, Nokia N76 and ALL WORKS FINE !

Yes, because this application not signed, when opened http access, shows warning window.. but...
It's meens that i can to install Java application on Symbian S60 3rd Edition without sign it if do not use any restriction api, isn't it ????

Generally, Java applications do not need to be signed on Symbian. Some network operators (carriers) might require it though.

So, as i understand it can be loaded manual by user on any symbian device ?
