This looks like a rather strange question to me. Why should S60 phones with Chinese capability built-in be available (as a regular on-sale article) in India? Who would buy something like that?
Anyway, I think Nokia would be in a better position to answer this question than most people in this forum.
If I needed a phone with Chinese I would buy one through eBay. Just bought a "Hello Kitty" feature phone (complete with Chinese support) directly in Hong Kong through eBay as a gift for my daughter, without problems.
Well, yes, that's what I understood. I just meant that the very few developers like you that need such a Chinese phone in India do not make a market that is interesting for Nokia or any big importer. Therefore my advice to try your very own "importing" by buying through eBay from a Hong Kong company.
Hi
I mean to say nokia has the Chinese Os version for series 60 2nd edition phones its not as optional language in any english version based phone.
To develop your application u can use that os to check your application .
For coding u can follow the same coding language and style but for display text in chinese you ve to maintaion localized file and you can write all the text in this file .
