the risk to switch the dialog based application to view based application

Hi,
I have an applicatoin which is a dialog based and it can also launch another dialog... and so on. So here my question is: how difficult or any risk there to swith the application to the view based(or even not possible?) and what I should be aware of.

I know this issue might depend on the case or the controls used in the dialog, but I really need to know if there are some general issues about this?

I don't think there are much risk there. I never did this myself but most of the code should be reusable (and that is actually where the risk is IMHO: mixing resource file from old and new builds). In my experience, the toolchain do not seem 100% reliable when it comes to compiling resources (or that may be me but I know I am not 100% reliable either Eye-wink )
