This depends on which information you need. For generic SIM files access there're RMobilePhone::ReadScFile functions and such. However, these are no more available publicly.

HI friends,
For reading IMSI no ,must we need ACS publisher ID or without ( deverloper certificate from verisign) it can we fetch IMSI from sim card. I m bit confused what i should do.some blogs mentioned that ACS publisher ID is must needed for grabing this capability(READ DEVICE DATA) and some of mayn't given any hint abt this.so anyone please help me.
