i thinks that is a stupid question, but I need to know this:
I buy a publisher id for 1 year, but i don't know where i found .cer of publisher id, .key and the password associated

You have to create them from the file you download from TC-Trustcenter. I think there is some proper documentation on SymbianSigned on how to achieve this.
