I am looking for a developer or a small consulting company that's able to provide a component to for Symbian 3rd edition that allow to make/receive CSD data call, exchange full-duplex data over that communication channel, retrieve incoming calling number and get all the states of the call.

More detailed specifications can be provided.

Please answer trough private message concretely interested party that can start very soon.

Availability of Symbian Binary Access Kit is preferred.
