Problems to install carbide.vs 3.

I have install all software for start develop under S60
- Perl 5.6.1.638
- S60-3.2-SDK-f.inc3.2130
- JavaRun time.
- Visual studio 5. sp1
- VSSDK_PowerToys.msi

But the problem is(you can see on the picture), when I start install the Carbide 3, installer says that I shuold DL & install S60-3.2-SDK-f.inc3.2130, but I alreadt did it!
what I shuold to do?
