Problem while sending data through gprs + symbian 3rd edition.

Hello friends,

While i am sending data through socket having gprs interface , I get the error code "-46".
I am doing device debugging and i m under firewalls so i thought while doing device debugging, device(N91) would have gotten LAN IP
due to that i got this error.

So i , stopped device debugging and remove USB from it.

But still i am getting the same error code.

SDK tells Error code (-46) means : an operation cannot be performed due to a potential security violation.

I am very confused , please suggest me fruitful.
