problem in nokia 6260

i got problem in my nokia 6260. i can able to send or recieve sms , it say delete some data to recieve sim msgs and i have free memory 4Mb (phone memory) and 80Mb (mmc) and when i open profiles , blank screen appear & automatically go back to main menu.. i cant change my profiles... i cant understand whats wrong with my phone. plz help me dont kno what to do..
