problem gps on n95 8gb

Hi,
i have a nokia n95 8gb and I try application symbian that use gps (example called firsgps).
The problem is that this application don't start gps Sad

Otherwise, if I before start application of navigation that I found insade phone that search satellite and after close this, if i restart my application firstgps, it get point.

FirstGps work without problem in nokia 6110 wihtout started other application on phone.

There is a lock on gps in this phone?
In particular my phone is brand Sad

Is there a particular method to start gps in n95 8 gb different from others?
Maybe the problem is that symbian not recognized gps?
