PANIC While launching application

Iam trying to create buttons in my application(UIQ) through RSS file.the code is compiling fine but when iam trying to launch the application it is giving QIKON-PANIC 107(i.e Panic caused because the control provider failed to construct a valid control.)...can anybody please help me to resolve my problem.

No. At least with this information. Obviously you are not creating the controls properly. Care to post _relevant_ code here (not all the code you have)?
