New Problem For All Of U:Full Mobile Format

hey ppl help me out...the joystick of my nokia6600 got totally dead dont know because of wht reason...the right button of the two blue buttons at the front is not workin...the numpad is 123456123 instead of being 123456789 so i cant format using format code....the other way of formatting which i know is"*+3+green(talk)" button at the startuo time is also not workin...can ny one suggest me a way to format my mobile... |

To me, it sounds like hardware failure.
Did you get water in it or something?
Sounds like some short circuit in the keypad.
In any case, take it back to the store or a service point or something, and they should be able to help you.
