hai i need clear distinction between turbo c++& carbide c++?is it enough if we have knowledge
of turbo c++ to write an application in carbide c++?

No it is not. You have to know some of the specificities of Symbian OS (and/or check OpenC or P.I.P.S that will reduce the amount of specfic knowledge you may need).
