ncnlist KERN-EXEC 3 error

hello
i am building an decoder application with the IDE carbide with symbain FP1
and my application builds successfully but when i run the exe file
it gives an error message on the emulator
that is
ncnlist KERN-EXEC 3
will any body help me how can i remove this prob
i searched for the solution on many site but didn't get the proper solution

At least in my case the emulator does this all the time, but the error message is not about my application(s) but the system's, while it starts up. I still can run and debug my application.

This is an issue with S60 SDK. I don't remembe having found any simple solutions to this problem but you can ignore it safely. It is jsut a bit annoying!
