Multiple applications installed in the phone

Hello all,

I am developing a mobile guide.This mobile guide must have different skins and data depending on the mobile guide
installed. First I had only a complete project. Now we want to have more than one guide installed in the same
telephone.

I have divided the source code in the typical directories: aif, data, group, install, inc and src. I have requested
different UIDs for the different guides.

I have created different project files (mmp, rss,etc) for every guide. When I try to create the first project all works
fine. The problem is when I try to build the second project. I am experimenting a lot of problems, when i create the
app, this install app does not have the proper icon, and the install file (sis) is corrupted.

Do you have any idea?
Have you ever created two applications with the same source code files?
Do you know how to create two different applications from the samefiles?
