Hi all,

I need to capture the text (visible or not) from the screen. 1 approach could be as rao suggested: capture the image, then do OCR on it. But this wont give me the invisible text.

I am hoping for something equivalent of windows hook api for symbian. so while browsing through apps i should be able to get handles to all the controls (windows, cba, tabs etc) & events along with their caption text. any idea guys?

Bad habit to just paste from one forum to another MdKashif. If you are not prepared to spend a few seconds to check if the message is proper, you expect others to spend their time to answer to your query.(You have pasted your message directly from another forum to this forum without realising that you were answering with reference to some answer in that forum)
