Menu: Feature Not supported

Hi Friends,
I made an application. It is running fine on emulator but while running on device it throws Menu: Feature not supported.
My pkg file format is

Actually i am porting gprs test application to symbian 3rd edition FP1.
and i am facing Menu: Feature not supported.

Can any body help me ???
