Maybe you should tell what's the question behind these questions: What are you trying to do where it could become relevant how Symbian manages memory in detail?
Most of the time it's only important whether memory is enough or not, and you can safely leave the details to the OS.

it is very good Qestion in symbian because mobial phone have limited memory
so memory menagment and power managment is important in Symbian.
so here we have two phase constructor in Symbian C++ and you can refer
the SDK .

Yes, a way too big question to answer as it is asked.
To answer it, you need at least a book, and I would also recommend "Symbian Internals" for that.
