Looking for Symbian Developer

Hi,

I am looking for a Symbian developer for contract position for the following development. Rates are negotiable. The Developer has to in India or USA

Task:

Develop an Application which will run on Symbian phones.

This application should be such that it can be installed in the phone over the air or thru a cable connected to the PC

This application will have a small setting file . Based on the setting file the application should be able to
download/ upload data to the phone on demand of the cell phone user or at predefined times.

This application should be able to notify user of new downloaded data or upload of his data

The Application should be able to connect to the internet to check the new status file and if present download it

The application should be small and reliable and mostly rely on the OS for most of its jobs

The Application should be preferably an FTP client . Other innovative ideas are welcome

The examples of user data are Photos , videos , voice recordings and GPS co ordinates if the phone has an GPS.

This is an contract position for this development. We will be personally negotiating with you and rates will be at par or better than Market. We are looking for a bigger opportunity and if you are the right person you can also be invited to be a part of the whole company.
