Although, is there any possibility of localization S60 platform to some new language which is not included to the standard set? I mean, adding localization for Belarusian language (cyrillic codepage, like Russian). Not just localization of some single app, but

I am pretty sure that you can't do this on your own, as a "normal" programmer. For doing so you will have to partner with Nokia, and this can have conditions (probably only companies can do that, not individuals) and prices of several thousand USD per year for some kind of partner program membership. Possibly you do not only have to partner with Nokia, but at the same time with Symbian as well, with own conditions and yet more prices...
