On Launching the app "Applications: Feature is Not Supported"

Hi,

I m facing the problem "Applications: Feature is Not Supported"
When I m launching the application it gives this "Applications: Feature is Not Supported"
I m working on Symbian OS 9.2 and the phone supports it.

The capability is set same for both the .DLL and for .EXE
CAPABILITY ReadUserData WriteUserData UserEnvironment

The same application is running on emulator with the Perform Capability Check with the
ReadUserData, WriteUserData and UserEnvironment as checked

Please let me know what can be the error and how it can be rectified???
