I want serving cell channel num and neighbouring cell information

Hi all,

I am creating an application which collects information about the network provider cell name and id, location area, signal strength etc.
but i am not sure that how to get cell channel num.
i also want all the above information with the neighbouring cell 1,2 and 3.
