I store many confidential content in my phone and worried that other people will see it, does anyone know of any service that can help protect my phone’s data?
Depends on what phone you have. E.g., on/for Symbian based phones there are applications to encrypt files.
For your already lost phone there's nothing that can be done, of course. All you can do is to report it as stolen to the local police and your network operator.
Sorry to hear that. I knew someone that lost their phone once with some very private SMS messages he had been keeping. If I remember correctly, I think it was from his mistress. But, anyways, I did some searches on lost phone on google and these popped up. I think they’re worth a look. Good Luck spense.
