how to replace a form which is provided by symbian os directly

m working with Symbian series 60 OS 9.1.m having some problem which hs nt been solved yet.i hv created a messaging application.for this i select settings in messaging option in which my application resides.now if i open this application then a form comes which is provided by symbian os directly.i hv to replace this form to my own form.bt m nt getting how n where to change the code segment.if u hv any idea for this problem plz do me a favour kindly suggest the wayto sort off this problem,it will be gr8 help for me.

v select messaging from menu.then v select option.then v hv chosen settings.nw in settings v can see many items like text message,multimedia message etc.if i open any of them an another form can b viewed with each item.nw i hv created an application and if i open my application again an another form comes.n this form is built-in.my job is to replace or add new item in this form.hw it can b possible?
