How to make your program active when a sip message arrived?

When a sip message arrived, I want to get the sip message(Options,Notify,Message,...)
SomeOne tells me, when make a .sisx file, a profile file will be writed,
and mark app should be active when a sip message arrived.
which doc i can refer? thanks.

Hi,
If u are working on sms/mms then trap incoming message. Display dialog box with your options.
