How to install an Indicator on the IndicatorPane

i want develop a C/S program
the server is a monitor running in background which is built with console not GUI.

now, i want to install an Indicator such as bluetooth indicator that it will display when it is used and it will hide when it is refuse.
it will not disapeer when the phone turn to screen saver or it will redraw when the phone return back from screen saver.

is there any examples or solutions, please help me, thx

There is no such public API
