i check in device details in forum.nokia.com/devices but not found this model... anyway u try this one to format:-------
To factory reset the phone use
*#7370#
then Lock code
12345(its default if u change ur Lock Code then use that one)
WARNING!!!: you will lose ALL apps, address, phone number, everything, except the ones that come with the OS.
Also, make sure the phone's battery is fully charged or you'll render the phone useless!!!

Nokia 6350 is not a smartphone. You have to take it to Nokia center to get it reset.
