For that you need to write your own custom control which will display the ticker text and use either CPeriodic or CTimer object to modify the texts display position after a regular interval so that it appears to be moving thus giving effect of Ticker Control... right now i do not have the sample in hand.. will provide you ASAP .... till then try yourself... with the above help....
