I have no idea about your silent incoming call, but just searching this forum for "silent" (search box, upper right corner) gives a number of promising-looking earlier posts about this or similar subjects that you may read while waiting.
No First i tried one whole day for searching and i tried also RLine TCapsFlags, RMobileCall EMonitorSpeakerControlAlwaysOff etc but than also my application do not work properly than after i post my problem in this forum.
i Search related "incoming cal".
Todays is my second day and it's very urgent for me that why i ask its possible or not??
The best way to come out from this problem is to send the event key of silent button to window server while incoming call.
Use RWsSession for the same.
Hope it will help you.
And try to emulate silent key when any call comes.
