how to create access point in s60 3rd sdk with FP1?

hello everybody!

I have got the example WLanEX. but I can not only pass building yet, because I can not found the file "wlancdbcols.h" ,

can anybody provide the file or tell me if the web setting is necessary for wifi connection?
or give me some advice on how to create access point in s60 3rd sdk with FP1.
