How to convert some Motion-JPEG pictures to 3GP File

Hello

I will collect some pictures which are Motion-JPEG format and received from BT connection, then save them as 3GP file.

How to do this convertion?

From nokia forum, I found the 3GP API is internel, so is there some 3rd part lib? Or how to encoding by myself?
