How to change the default skin?

hi,all:
I write a programm in carbide .I also make a skin in Carbide.ui S60 Theme Edition 3.1.Can my programm transfer the skin I made in Carbide.ui S60 Theme Edition 3.1.I mean that just my programm transfer the skin .symbian system and other programm use the default skin .Can I do that.If yes,pls tell me how to do that?
