How To Analyse BTrace output file for Demand Paging

Hi ,

I want to analyse the performance of Demand paging in symbian.

I enabled BTrace . The Trace out put file i stored it in MyLog.txt. But the output of BTrace is in the binary form.

Could anyone tell me how to convert this to readable form.

Please suggest me any tool , how to use it and where to find it.

Hi ANoop,

I guess it had been a long time you have put this question.. anyways, if you are still looking for some informations, then let me tell you, Symbian releases a tool called DemandPgvw.exe with its tool kit, You can use that tool to parse your btrace log and also the Rombuild.log ( nand log ) , to get a graphical view of what you want.

Actually i was aware of DemandPgvw.exe but i could find the exe with me. could you please tell me where else can i find it.
