help, a problem about ondevice debug

hi
all guys
i am now facing a problem about ondevice debug, my progress is made up with a exe file and a dll file. i follow the steps from the link ,http://www.newlc.com/Carbide-c-Setting-up-On-Target.html

the sis file which was produced by prompt line contains the exe and dll files, and at the lable in the debug dialog of carbide.C++ i set this sis file as the installation file,but when i debug on the carbide c++, it report wrongs as follow :

Load failed
TRKProtocolPlugin: Failed to launch the application(Either installing the application may have failed or dependent libraries may be missing)
i think it did not download the dll file to my handset, but i do not know how to set to let the IDE to download this file, also there are others wrong , can anyboy so kind give to me some help!

Thank you very much, that screencast i had seen, but it did not help ,and today i have successfully set the environment
