fepexample (v2.0) not works properly at 3rd.

I am a newbie for FEP and symbian c++.
I download fepexample v2.0 from forum nokia and build it in carbide c++ v1.2 for S60 3rd.
I did not change anything in emulator build.

but I found some problems with this example project(both emulator and device):
1.fepsetup can switch between t9fep/aknfep and fepexample, but fepexample not really unload from memory in all calling processes, for example, phone.exe still running fepexample as a FEP. when switched back to t9fep/aknfep, I press any key in home screen, phone.exe process crash!

2.after rebooting, t9fep/aknfep still be loaded as the default FEP.
