establish "call conference"

hiiiiii all,

is it possible to making "call canference" in s60 2nd edi??
i want to develop an application that automatically calls the third person, when call is established with second person. and connect that third person with the current call, so that all three persons can talk with each other at a time. In sort, call conference.

Please help me,
i really in need.
