Hi,

When I m trying to import a symbain 60 2nd edn project in the vs 2005 ,
i am getting this message"
Error in project import cannot make backup copy of .mmp file.Do u have write acess to the proj directory?

The ide was working well untill I tried to awitch the sdk.
I was executing a project for sdk fp3 with out any error .But as I did not get the expected result ,then tried to build that forsdk s60 2nd edn fp1.(where it was running as expected).Then I m geeting this error msg for both version of sdks.

Pls, suggest where the hell things ar messed of.

I removed the project from the IDE and copied the project from my backup.
Its now working.

If some one does not have a backup (though its more unlikily ) of his work and in between development
it refuses to be imported ..then it will be a problem.

So, Is there a way to solve the above problem...modifying the IDE settings/preferences etc?
