I know C(BORLAND), HTML,DHTML,JAVASCRIPT languages only.
Is it possible to make sis files for nokia 6630 with the knowledge of above languages.
What are the necessary softwares needed to create softwares?

The 6630 is based on S60 2nd Edition Feature Pack 2 (FP2) = formerly known as Series 60 2.6 and Symbian Operating System version 8.0a. The tools and SDKs (Software Development Kit) you can find on Forum Nokia for it. The free C++ developer tool there is the Eclipse based Carbide.c++ Express. For Java you can use Eclipse or Sun's Wireless Toolkit for Java (J2ME, Java 2 Micro Edition).
