connectivity testing on emulator

Hello all,

I am developing an application where i need to connect a smartphone to a PC.
I am using a emulator for development, if it works on it i will use a Smart phone.
I am doing this through USB, and i am using S60 3rd ed SDK for this.
Does emulator provide USB connectivity???
